Cardboard is very easy to make this chair, but it takes a lot of time and effort. When it is prostrate, the cardboard bends, making it useless for a chair, but when it is erected, it is very strong and durable. If the paper is folded into a triangle, it is even stronger. To set up my chair, I decided to make a combination of cardboard sheets and vertical triangles. The triangles are mainly used to support the weight of the body and the vertical sheets for the strength of the whole structure under the support of the triangles. Keep this in mind when creating your design.

He also helped me in creating a CAD model of my chair. I made all the flat parts and then stitched them together to make sure what I was doing worked out and felt. I haven’t posted any of my models or CAD drawings, but this is a set of flat elements designed for each cardboard box.
If it helps, you can also make a small copy of your chair. But that is not the time. If you don’t have time, skip this step, but I highly recommend this step. I not only tested my design, but also used the production technique: cutting the right line on the cardboard, the best places to use hot glue, and the order of assembly.
