You can’t go wrong with this recipe, where the salmon flavor maximizes flavor with minimal ingredients. It comes together quickly and is perfect for any night of the week.

Set the salmon fillets aside and gently press so that the entire surface touches the pan and cook until crisp and golden brown.

Add the butter, garlic, parsley and lemon juice and swirl the melted butter around each fillet. (Butter will start to brown slightly.)

Crispy Skin Salmon With Napa Cabbage Recipe

For those of you who have never used the broiler in my old oven (hard to believe, I know!), you must know what a “high broiler” is? I’ve been looking for a crispy recipe and this one looks so easy and quick! And you gave me your low FODMAP suggestion. (It looks so delicious!)

When you press cook on the oven, you will be given the option to select high or low. If using an electric oven with a handle, just turn the handle to “boil”. Default is high setting 🙂 Enjoy!! xoxox
