I love Legos with my kids. I will show you how I made my DIY Lego storage table and give you all the information you need to build your own DIY Lego play table. This children's Lego table has removable legs and storage compartments for your Legos, as well as a drawer for all your Lego instructions, or as my son calls them, “builds”. . Step 4 – Print the designs and measure everything and then cut the birch plywood and MDF using a table saw and a chain saw.

Step 6 – Make the main board by joining the long sides first. Be sure to go 1.5 inches up the board to add sides, this can be done using two pieces of 3/4 lumber. You will use the Kreg Jig R3 to make the pocket holes you need to attach the sides.

Step 7 – After joining the two long sides, join the two inner sides. Glue it together and use a clamp to secure it on the long side.

Step 8 – After connecting the long sides and the short inner sides, it's time to connect the outer side. Make sure you have a ¼ cut in the bottom. This is where you enter the lower part of the storage area. It is recommended to use glue and nails for assembly and do not forget to close and let them dry overnight.

Step 9 – Next you will be ready to place it under the storage area. Use glue and use a nail to fix the base.

Step 10 – Now you are ready to make the box. Take all 4 sides, apply glue and slide down into the ¼ slot you cut with the dado knife. Use the Kreg Jig to make pocket holes to insert the screws and remember to close and leave it overnight.

Step 12 – Paint the top of the Lego board white. No need to paint the partition. I like to leave their natural MDF color for contrast.

Step 13 – Insert the drawer slides and leave enough room for adjustment.

Step 16 – Remove each leg from 1-4 and mark the leg that corresponds to one of the 4 corners of the table. This will help you position it later if you remove the leg.

Step 17 – Attach the legs of the Lego table with clamps 1-4, then drill holes on both sides of the table top to attach the legs.

Step 18 – Insert the hex bolt through the drilled hole. After the bolt is installed, remove the clamp and repeat for each side and leg.
