How To Make This Diy Reclaimed Wood Coffee Table
Read: These are standard lumber dimensions and how boards are marked at your local lumber yard. Downloadable programs have different specifications. For example (2 x 4 boards 1/2″ thick by 1/2″ wide).

Use a 2 inch wooden plank to secure the fan/top underneath. Screw about 6 inches of the 2×4 board around and in the middle.
The lower table is very similar to the upper part of the table. The size varies, and for other variations, pocket holes are screwed into each corner before pointing. The pocket hole should be set to 3/4 inch thick. Pocket holes allow the bottom shelf to be attached directly to the 4×4 legs.
Sand the vanes to make them smooth. You can add some texture to the table if you like. Wear a dust mask when sandblasting.

You should use a respirator when working with stains and sealants. The use of the water sealer only lasts a few hours, and it has no smell.
After drying, lightly sand between coats with 600 grit sandpaper. This smoothes the surface before the final coat of sealer. Use a damp cloth to remove dust before applying the second coat.

Measure all edges on the board. The two long edges at the top of the table are 1/4 inch longer than the steel, which is the actual width of the table.
