How To Make Table Numbers With Cricut

How To Make Table Numbers With Cricut – We are excited to share this simple DIY table number lamp with you. These lamps are functional and beautiful at the same time. You can organize according to the theme of your party. For this project we have chosen a design suitable for weddings or debuts. Let’s get started!

Paper or plain paper, as you like. The paper will be more durable but thicker. The paper should be thin enough for light to pass through the glossy paper bag. Using Cricut Vellum is a better option as it allows the light to shine through the table.

5. Depending on what you are using, this is where you choose your paper settings. In our case, we chose “Paper” on the standard phone of the machine. The many details of the wedding day are 100% our jam. So when we envisioned our DIY tutorial hosted by our friends at Cricut and Martha Stewart, we found it to be both practical and beautiful. So here comes a boho-inspired table number that doubles as a centerpiece! (And if you remember last month, it was perfect with our DIY selenite crystal card tutorial.)

With our Cricut Explore Air 2 Martha Stewart Edition, textured copper vinyl (which is our new favorite Cricut vinyl!), white vinyl, and a glass jar, you can make simple and elegant table numbers for your ceremony of weddings Then drop off your centerpieces at your professional florist before the big day so they can easily weave your handprint into your final centerpiece (as a Petal Palette client created for us beautiful photography by Dani White Photography). Now let’s get down to business!

2. Measure the length of your glass to find out how many details of your plate number. Decide how thick you want your copper plate to be and how big you want the words on the table to be. (Since our pot is 7″ long, our piece of copper is 2.6″ wide and our word “Hold #” is 2.5″ wide by 1.6″ tall. )

3. Go to Cricut Design Space and open a new project. Create your own text/table code. It is recommended to choose two different combinations, such as a cursive/script font and a print/sans serif font.

4. To create a bronze model in Design Space, add a vertical square shape and a triangle shape to your canvas. Place a triangle at the end of the same square and the same size as the one adjacent to it. Once aligned, click the two “tagged” images together. Select Weld to make it a body.

Tip: Once you’ve created this template, all you have to do is duplicate it for the other table numbers! Work smarter, not harder is our motto!

5. Load your vinyl textured branch onto your cutting mat and make sure the value marker on your Cricut machine is set to “Vinyl”. To make sure you’re only cutting the copper wire for this step, click the eye icon next to the missing “Table #” tab. When you’re ready, click the green “Do” button and watch your cut come to life!

6. Peel the copper strip from the back and place the copper strip in the glass jar. It is recommended to raise it in the pot and then practice. This vinyl has a strong grip, so place it gently on the container!

8. Remove weeds or remove excess vinyl and leave only the words of your chalkboard number. Using transfer tape from your pack, blow the transfer tape onto the number letters on the grass board, then peel them off so your letters can be placed on the clear transfer tape.

While doing some sightseeing recently, I fell in love with these beautiful acrylic frames I saw at Crate & Barrel and knew I had to use them for a project. You know I love making wedding day projects that double as wedding and home decor, and today’s project is a great example!

I have so many uses for these cute acrylic floats for table numbers and decided to make three different options for you! So, choose the one that suits your taste. There are 3 tips below – check them out!

Create a new file in the project. Place a 4″ x 6″ rectangle on the screen, placing the correct measurements in the right table. The acrylic image is 5″ x 7″ so leave a half inch border around all sides of the image.

Then use the text editor to add the word “table” to your design. You can choose from the free Cricut Design Space fonts, and since I like Cricut to write the design with a pencil, I chose to show ONLY the writing characters in my editor. For this project, I used Baby Steps, a free pattern included with Design Space. Once you have chosen the font for the word “table”, you can place it in your section to get the position where you want it.

I then added the images to my design. I used Hearts for this project. I made 3 hearts and placed them on my design as I wanted. So my text and hearts are set to ‘writing’ mode, while the rectangle is set to ‘cut’. Then select all my files and press attach.

Click the green GO button on the right side of the Design Space to create your project. It looks like this:

For this project, I used some metal foil that came with my Cricut Bundle. I added the paper to my cutting mat and selected the paper layout.
