How To Bake Boneless Chicken Thighs – Grilled Chicken Thighs with Apple Cider Vinegar, Fresh Garlic, Parsley and Sesame Oil… Mmmmm. Slightly sweet, slightly sour and delicious, they are to die for. My kids love these chicken thighs.
The best way to cook fried chicken thighs is to cook them quickly over high heat. If you leave them to boil for too long, they will lose more water and become drier than you would like. This is especially true for boneless chicken thighs. I like to cook skinless and boneless thighs between 425F and 450F. Not surprisingly, this is the cooking temperature that is also recommended by the kitchen.
How To Bake Boneless Chicken Thighs
Skinless chicken thighs do not brown well, even at high baking temperatures. This is especially true when baking at 450F for 15-20 minutes and 375F for 45 minutes. The flesh looks pale and unclean. The good news is that it can be easily edited. At the end of baking, you should use the broiler.
Air Fryer Boneless Chicken Thighs
I find that the best results are achieved when the heat is as high as possible and as close to the heating element as possible. No problem. You want your thighs to heat up quickly. This will brown the meat quickly without drying out the top. If you cook on high but place the baking dish down, browning will occur at a slower rate, but high heat will dry out the meat. This, of course, is undesirable.
Just keep an eye on the thighs as they will brown quickly. Before they reach the desired color, take them out of the oven.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs
You only need a few simple ingredients to make this recipe. See the instruction card below for exact measurements. Here’s an overview of what you’ll need:
Fresh Chicken: In this recipe, I use skinless chicken thighs. This is my favorite chicken dish because it’s cheap, easy to buy, easy to cook and eat, and incredibly delicious!
Olive Oil: I love cooking with this delicious oil. But if you want to use smoke oil, you can use avocado oil. Remember, it won’t taste as good as olive oil.

Kosher salt and pepper: If you use fine salt, you may want to reduce the amount you use or the food may be too salty.
Spices: I use some of these and recommend using all of them. They add such amazing flavor! I use garlic and onion powder, hot pepper and cayenne pepper.
Baking in the oven is my favorite way to cook chicken thighs. It’s easy, but you don’t give up any flavor. Go to recipe card for detailed instructions. Here are the basic steps:

Chicken season Your first step is to place the chicken pieces in a large bowl and toss them in a delicious mixture of olive oil and spices.
Prepare the chicken in a baking dish. Now prepare the chicken in a baking dish with edges. A 9 x 13 inch pan works well.

Well, cook it all at once until the biggest cook. Small things will still be delicious!
I don’t recommend it. Chicken breasts are drier than thighs. They are usually large and thick. They require different cooking temperatures and cooking times.

I also recommend leaving the fat visible and not trying to cut it off. Finally, apply oil or butter to the chicken and serve.
This is an easy solution! Just leave out the cayenne—it’s the only ingredient responsible for the heat level in this recipe. The food would still be great without it – it wouldn’t taste spicy.
The best way to change this recipe is to experiment with different spices. While the combination of spices used here is absolutely perfect in my opinion, a pinch of dried thyme or oregano is always a welcome addition.
Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs Spicy Baked
This dish really has everything. It is very diverse. But since I cook the chicken in the oven at 400°F, I like to serve it with a side dish that I can cook in the same oven. So I usually serve it with one of the following:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. I usually strain it and add it to a cold salad (like this arugula salad) for lunch.
If you want to reheat them, it’s best to do so gently in the microwave (closed) at 50% power. If you overheat leftovers, especially in the microwave, the chicken will dry out.
