Frank began his professional career at Continuity Studios (1976) in New York, a commercial art studio run by comic book icons Neal Adams and Dick Giordano. The following year he returned to California and opened his own art studio and has been working as a freelance artist and art director ever since.
Over the years, Frank's work has been available on the collectors' market and in numerous gallery exhibitions. In the late seventies his fantasy-themed limited editions and portfolios were released by Shanes & Shanes (including Shadowland and Seven Dreams of Sinbad).
