(wow) Words Of Wonders Level 124 Answers – Most MSOs (multi-state service providers) continue to struggle as businesses grow. Ayr Wellness (OTCQX:AYRWF) was no exception, with sales increasing 56% to top $90 million for the first time. . My investment theory is still heavily biased towards MSOs that trade at a fraction of the current growth rate.

Ayr Wellness entered the large cannabis sector with revenues up 56% sequentially to $91.3 million. Despite strong forecasts and a recent prediction that revenue in 2022 will reach 725 million dollars, the market has largely ignored the stock for months.

Liberty Health's ( OTCQX:LHSIF ) post-closing Florida deal underscores the investment theory. In just a few months, Ayr Wellness increased productivity by 50% when measured in grams/square meter. feet

Split Down The Middle

The previous failed to invest in an adequate offer and in July, Ayr Wellness' average basket size increased by 38% and the number of transactions increased by 40% compared to January. The MSO will increase the number of its stores from 31 in February to 50 by the end of the year, an increase of 61% in the number of stores.

The action doesn't just stop at the top line. Adjusted EBITDA increased 49% sequentially to $27.4 million. The achieved adjusted EBITDA margins of 30% to compete with the largest MSOs when those companies generate less than $100 million in quarterly revenue.

While the quarter was great, the announced a very interesting deal to enter cannabis-infused beverages. Levia is the largest selling THC beverage manufacturer in Massachusetts. MSO will eventually expand sales of Levia to other markets, making it a national beverage brand.

Ayr Wellness was able to enter the THC beverage market after the market grew to over $10 million in monthly revenue and without spending a lot of money. The MSO only needs to spend more than 20 million dollars to acquire the business, while the other 40 million dollars will reach the goal of the road. Finances in 2022 and 2023.

Drum Corps International 2019 Yearbook

Using the EV/EBITDA targets provided by Ayr Wellness via this table, all MSO areas are available. The price is crazy. Most stocks trade between 8x and 12x 2022 EV/EBITDA multiples, with an average multiple of 10.7x, thanks to premium multiples for major MSOs like Curaleaf (OTCPK:CURLF) and Green Thumb Industries (OTCQX: GTBIF).

The projected revenue in 2022 of $800 million with adjusted EBITDA of $300 million. The company is forecasting adjusted EBITDA growth of more than 100%, with the company reporting just $27 million in Q2 2021.

Ayr Wellness trades at just 6.5 times its revised 2022 EV/EBITDA target. The addition of Illinois dispensaries and cannabis-infused beverages boosted profits, but the company initially had to pay $67 million to close the an agreement. The GSD New Jersey deal remains the pending acquisition with the highest price, but those numbers have been included in the initial estimate for 2022.

Ultimately, one could easily argue that the US MSO space should be trading at twice the current EV/EBITDA ratio, if not much higher. The proposal is that Ayr Wellness should trade in line with these increases if the company becomes a fairly large MSO next year.

Happy Thanksgiving, Flyers Fans!

Remember, Green Thumb's 2022 revenue target is only $900 million, while Trulieve Cannabis (OTCQX:TCNNF) is slightly lower at $887 million. Ayr Wellness is only about a year behind the revenue estimates of the major MSOs outside of Curaleaf, which will exceed $1.2 billion in annual revenue this year.

Despite a strong quarter and good acquisitions, Ayr Wellness dismissed the news. Recent quarterly results in the MSO space have been exceptional, but the stock has not risen.

What is important for investors is that Ayr Wellness is poised to rise if the market gains interest in the cannabis space. Business is booming, but investors are too focused on the lack of progress in federal legislation. There is no guarantee that these stocks will grow or receive higher valuations, but investors should like the opportunity in Ayr Wellness.

This week I have the great pleasure of welcoming author, psychologist, researcher, and podcaster, Hilary L. McBride, Ph.D. We discussed the idea that our body is a source of wisdom and truth, the subject of her important new book,

. Hilary shares a deep understanding of the burden our bodies carry when we ignore them, how Western colonialism has disenchanted us all, and how salvation itself can be a physical reality. She gave helpful advice for those of us adjusting to being people again after the COVID lockdown and more. I recommend this conversation and her book!

After you've heard it, be sure to check out the B-Side interview as a raw material. My friend and I disclosed the conversation in great detail. Available exclusively on Patreon.

I used to think that salvation or help is how we leave reality in our moment and guarantee something later. But I've learned that it's not so much about being fired from the present as it is about perfection. And I didn't know there was a way to experience perfection without being in your body. I don't know if there is a way to feel good without being here and learn to be here with all of it: suffering, pain, illness, is part of being here, not something to fix or solve, but actually part from God. That shows itself in all these differences of what it means to be human, so that the whole seems more complete than one narrow definition of the body or one narrow definition of history.

Hello friends, welcome back to The Puddcast with me, Jonathan Puddle. This is episode 124. My guest today is Hilary McBride, Ph.D. I've been wanting to talk to Hilary, so it was great to see her on the show this week. You may know Hilary as a writer, psychologist, speaker, researcher. She is the host of the Other People's Problems podcast, and has been on the Liturgists podcast for quite some time, which is how I first heard of her. She is a compatriot from Canada. And it was a great pleasure to talk to her about her new book, The Wisdom of Your Body. We started talking immediately because I was going to count us. And then I said, actually, you know, it's hard for me to say my question because I feel like I'm in my body and not stuck in my head. And she said, “Well, let's go with her.” And so, this is where we begin. Details at the end of how to find her book, and of course record the show Watch for the transcript and purchase link at. OK, let's go. Hilary McBride on The Puddcast. I just felt it in my body.

Because I like to read books. I hope this is a good interview because I feel very happy and genuine.
