But other than that, we got more than we expected this year. It was rain, rain and more rain. The floods affected many parts of Australia, including our state of Victoria. Unprecedented flooding forced the closure of many roads, and water levels in some riverside towns rose to the point of damaging people's homes. Well, this rain is not limited to Australia, our ‘Bhangrahem Goyim' has also received a lot of rain this year. Do we get a message? Are we listening to Mother Nature? Is climate change real, now on our doorstep? If the earth's green cover is destroyed every year in the name of trees and growth, how can we expect the natural cycles of nature to play their role over the centuries? Something gave way and now we are suffering the consequences. Goa is in a rush to concretize the state with complete disregard for nature. And the excuse is tourism. Infrastructure for new projects like airports and residential centers is being torn down from the green hills. It is a mad rush to get things done at any cost. In this confusion, the powers that be forget the real reason why tourists come to a place. Tourists don't go to casinos, hotels, or other entertainment venues in tourist destinations. They go to the local people to live their normal lives. Tourists visit Goa's villages, beaches, etc. came to see where they lived. They visit Goa and see how the local Goans worship in their temples and churches. And after achieving their main goals, they will look for extras – extras like hotels and good services. Unfortunately, the current dispensary has ignored all this, and by opening the state's doors to mindless migration, they have eliminated the joy of visiting and enjoying tourists.
