We're going to do it a little differently this year, as some of us will be pitting our “Games of the Year” against the Game of the Year. However, I think we can all agree on one particular title like the 4X Game of the Year, so you can see one article to officially judge.

Anyway, back to me. First of all, 2021 was a whirlwind for me. I had a really bad neck injury that led to the fusion of four vertebrae in my neck. I have been in labor for about five months, could not be very active for at least 3 months, and have been given a lot of time to work for better or for worse.

When he returned to work in July, things were very busy. As many of you know, I work as a police officer as my full-time profession, and I take my job very seriously. I know that politics in America has had some serious setbacks this year, and for many years to come, and I've always held myself to high standards in order to “see changes,” so to speak.
Having said that, I wanted to explain why I don't see much content in the middle of 2021. I had a lot of work in my community, as a policeman, and in my spare time. until I got home, or the day was spent, I was mentally exhausted. Tired of spending time honestly.
But now things have turned around, so I'm back to writing here, eating and learning more content. We have also recently been blessed with new defense grants (please consider helping us further), so we are more than happy to start seeing how we progress in 2022, as I can now provide more incentives to our sponsors.

A mix of Civilization-like gameplay with a real focus on building infrastructure, mixed with a character game system, over 3,000+ events (I still see new ones every time I play) and a higher than average army system, make this a 4X game. that it really draws me in and makes me come back again and again.

The game also feels fast-paced, perhaps due to the innovative ranking system that Omar described in his review.
I've had a blast playing it, and the fact that it continues to challenge me while allowing me to peel back the various layers of its design makes it an entry for my personal GOTY 2011.

I had a feeling this game was going to take over the gaming world before it actually did. I was lucky enough to meet Nate and Annie as a couple after the game, a long time ago and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to “make it big”.
Enthusiastic And Energized
This is the kind of game I can lose myself in for a few hours as I try to navigate the sometimes difficult battles while building my story about a band of adventurers that can take all kinds of wild turns.
The behavior is sometimes a raven, sometimes a stone, and sometimes more transformations, while new weapons, armor, and weapons that make it more difficult to kill.
Meanwhile, the unique narrative between characters unfolds in the choices you make at various points along the way. The dialogue between your party and how they seem to bond, or sometimes become rivals, is really fun to watch and play.
This is one of the first games I ever played. If you're into role-playing games with unique combat systems, great writing, and unique gameplay (like the transformation system here), you should buy Wildermyth. Next up is my runner up game of the year picks.

When I started playing in the VIP program. I hate not wanting to play another historical 4X or seeing Amplitude Studios leave the Infinite Universe. Love begins to shine when I see how much time and effort is put into it
I really enjoyed my time with the care in many ways. This is easily the most beautiful historical 4X game on the market, which distracts me a lot from some of the problems it has, but the cultural system is unique enough, and perhaps balanced enough, to make it a fun and strategic game for some. .
But after the release I was not returned, as the defects became apparent for a while, and frankly, the Amplitude did not make me much to gain. In fact, I feel like I dropped the ball a bit in terms of post-release support, as the inconsistencies that arose from the release barely addressed the many (mostly valid) complaints that players had. But its beauty and innovative effort really pulled me in for about 150 hours. So I'll admit that I've done more games than I've ever done.
Our 4x And Strategy
David Kaleta's debut game, Urtuk: Solitude, is the best turn-based strategy experience I've had in a long time. Basically he became a very mad man.
With its release, David has also dropped free DLC, adding new enemies, a new biome, and 30 MINUTES of new music.
There are a few other games, sometimes challenging, and mostly polished in this one attempt, and if you like turn-based systems, you should have played this one. If you don't, you'll get carbon in your socks if you don't buy this.
The best things happened to us all. It's free. This is a great classic to reform. I don't need to say more. You must have played. By Christmas, the glorious 1.0 version will finally arrive and you will have absolutely no excuses.

Good Lord 2022 looks good for fans of military games. Maybe even a little *too* bright. How the hell are we going to find time to play all these games? In addition to what we have listed below, we will also see the release of games like Roman War: Warhammer 3, League of the Holy Land, Unconquered Land, League of Heroes 3, Middle Suns Marvelous and maybe games like Victory 3. There are many others, but the following excites me the most!
I played a little bit on the YouTube channel, but suffice it to say, I'm excited for the next edition.
Series The scale of the universe, the new core world and the “world saturation” system, the new leader system, and more really excites me.
Yet somehow it feels empty. Like, for example, there is very little in the way of interesting interactions with other factions in the game, some turns feel quite empty, and the show starts to get repetitive very quickly (man, I'd love to see a special faction. You even pay extra shows). Even now there are some rigidities that drive me crazy, like they have a colony ship manual for every dozen, if not HUNDRED, of colonies you launch in the game (and I'm looking for the boss. uncolonized planets that board the colony ship and send it to the planet), among some other phrases.
