(wow) Words Of Wonders Level 2511 Answers – Hello everybody! It was hard to find the right words for this post because my heart is yearning for the world right now. I hope you are all safe and well. I wish you all love and strength to overcome any problems that may arise during this pandemic. We are about to start our seventh week of “stay at home” and everyone is doing great and taking things one day at a time.

We try to do our part by helping the community in various ways, but I wanted to do something personal for some of my blog readers who are working on the front lines and in critical services during this pandemic. This comment is a small way to connect with you and say thank you for all you do! So, I’d like to send a signed, personalized copy of my new cookbook (my first hardcover….eek!), along with a download of the O She Glows Recipe app, to 15 call center and call center staff across Canada. or America These gifts will be sent as soon as my book is published this fall. Side note: I almost made this point because I was worried there would be resentment if I couldn’t send one to everyone I reached (I probably have 15+ emails), but I hope you understand. Even though I can’t send you all, I still want to do it to put a smile on your face at this difficult time. (And I’ll be doing some cookbook giveaways for the entire OSG community at the end of the summer and into the spring, so there will be more opportunities.) You can choose for yourself or someone you know. Send a short email with your city, province or territory (or your representative’s issue and location) to [email protected] by May 1, 2020. We’ll select 15 special forwarders and heroes, and I’ll pay all shipping costs. , books, etc. Due to the volume of emails we expect to receive, we will only be able to respond to a select few, but I want to thank everyone in advance for sharing their story. Those of you who are giving back to your community every day.

Today I’m sharing an easy, nutritious and juicy soup that I’ve been making for the past few weeks. I can’t tell you how much of a recipe this was when you’re trying to juggle work schedules and refereeing (oops, I mean parenting) and homeschooling. You can use whatever veggies you have as long as you have 8 cups (be sure to check out the tips in the recipe below for ideas). I’ve prepared Instant Pot and Stovetop versions for you. I love being able to throw everything in my Instant Pot, open it up and voila! And the cooking version is almost as easy… the only difference is that you have to stir it a little while it cooks. I get bitten twice a week even outside. I hope this gives you some comfort in these difficult days. I’d love to hear what vegetable combinations you use…my favorite combination so far is: broccoli, carrots, squash, refried beans, and chopped cremini mushrooms. A healthy home! I’m not kidding when I say I eat this everyday for lunch…it helps neutralize all the baked goods I put on my face…lol.

PS: I’ll be sure to share more about the new book (besides a big cover reveal!). If you haven’t already, be sure to sign up for our newsletter, as we’ll be relaunching it this spring and posting the cover and details right away.

This delicious and flavorful soup can be made with any vegetable you have in the growler and stored in the pantry. My favorite combination of vegetables is broccoli (high in immune-boosting vitamin C), squash, carrots, and frozen beans, and I’ve detailed the amounts I use in my recipe below. You can use whatever veggies you like as long as you have at least 8 cups of chopped veggies (see my tip below for tips!). I’ve also provided two different cooking methods: the hands-free Instant Pot method and the traditional (but still simple) stovetop method. The beauty of this soup is that it’s easy to make – we just add the ingredients to the pot and let it cook! The delicious aroma of the soup comes from the use of a large amount of red pepper flakes. I like 2 tablespoons over medium heat, but if you’re not a fan of high heat, start with 1 tablespoon and go from there. If you want to use my Instant Pot method, you can find the instructions below in the Tips section. This recipe is adapted from my 8-Minute Pantry Dal.

*I like fire-roasted canned tomatoes in this sauce, but feel free to use regular canned tomatoes if you have them.

** You can use any vegetable you have on hand (most fruits should work, however, I wouldn’t try beets or eggplant, but maybe that’s just me). Vegetables to use: broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, carrots, potatoes, yellow or red potatoes, mushrooms, squash, fried onions/garlic/celery, sliced zucchini (with skin), cabbage, frozen peas, etc. Make sure the planks are cut into 8 cups. If you use onions, celery or garlic, remember to cook them in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes until soft before adding everything else. I haven’t tried frozen vegetables other than frozen beans, so I can’t vouch for others that will work.

*** If using frozen French cut beans (differently thin ones), add them in the last 5 minutes of cooking so they don’t get too soft.

**** 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes over medium heat (my favorite way to make this sauce!) If serving for people who avoid spice, start with 1 tablespoon (of mild sauce) and add more after cooking . , if you want

1. In a 6-quart (or larger) Instant Pot, add all ingredients except red pepper and apple cider vinegar. Stir until combined.

2. Now, pour the red flowers evenly over the mixture and gently dip them into the water with your hands or a spoon (do not mix the beans into the mixture as it may cause a burning sensation in some machines).

3. Hold the lid in the locked position and verify that the steam release handle is pointing to the “sealed” position.

4. Press the “Pressure Cook” button (or “Manual” on some machines) and set the cook time to 1 minute. After a few seconds you will hear some beeps and the display will say “On”. The cooking has begun! (Pro tip: It takes about 25 minutes for the machine to come into pressure before the 1 minute timer starts.)

5. You will hear some beeps when the 1 minute timer is up. Instantly “quick release” to prevent soup from passing (simply move the air release handle to the “vent” position to release pressure). Once all the pressure is released, the float valve will close and you will no longer hear smoke.

6 Carefully open the cover. My Instant Pot defaults to the “keep warm” setting, so I turn it off and turn the machine off to avoid overcooking the veggies. Prepare the apple cider vinegar (start with 1 tablespoon and add more from there, to taste… we need 2 tablespoons to give it a good zing). Sometimes adding vinegar can cause the coconut milk to separate in the soup. This is natural and nothing to worry about. Sprinkle each dish with salt or Herbamare, if you like, and enjoy!
