The overall fit and finish of the build is excellent here as is the BQEYZ Autumn's polished aluminum shell. The shell is lined with a barely noticeable seam between the two parts.
There are three vents inside the IEM. The nozzle is also metal. In the end, BQEYZ opted for 0.78mm 2-pin flush connectors, which I personally prefer over flush or raised connectors.
Comfort and insulation are very good, but lack insulation due to vents inside the shell.
Internal BQEYZ has chosen a 13mm single dynamic driver here, not much is said about the diaphragm material. Eli Zou confirmed that they use a 6 micrometer ultra-thin PEN membrane.

The BQEYZ Atom has a slightly V-shaped tuning with an emphasis around the mid-bass and lower treble. What sets them apart is how relaxed the signature is, as transients are rounded and the leading edge of notes is softened.
Here, the bass is mostly characterized by a mid-bass boom that gives the bass notes an extra twist. Snare hits also gain extra thickness and body as a result. This setting works well for moderate tempo tracks, but leaves something to be desired for fast metal tracks.
There's no sub-bass rumble, so sharp bass dips lack the physicality you'd expect. There's also a macro dynamic punch, so BQEYZ Autumn doesn't do much to convey the energy of the songs.

The meads are very well designed. The lower middle is formed but not filled. Resonance produces a comfortable sounding sensation that does not include squeaks or screams. If you don't like the recession of the middle class, the fall will not disappoint. But for those looking for more drive or a more dynamic sound, this isn't it.
Then comes the height, and this is perhaps the only characteristic of autumn. The 5kHz peak is quite prominent and causes the leading edge of the cymbal hits to become slightly brittle. This emphasis on the sphere of presence is needed to protect the autumn from the voice of darkness, but it also sometimes becomes harsh as a result.
There is decent extension in the upper treble and resonance is clearly audible up to 13kHz. The air is under control, so it is not tiring.

The normal filter is the most balanced in my opinion, the bass filter makes things very low and with the high filters the 5kHz peak is even more prominent.
As for the production, I thought the stage width was quite good. Everything is well separated and the crash doesn't sound bad. However, the depth of the stage is limited.
Pictures are average, location indicators are often blurry. The savior here is the production of microdynamics, which makes it possible to distinguish instruments operating at different volumes.
Finally, the resolved details are above average for a dynamic IEM, but in the fall, many BA or hybrid offerings in this line are excellent.

Compared to the Final E4000, the Final E4000 is one of my default recommendations for a single dynamic driver IEM under $200.
Structurally, the finish is no slouch with the same solid aluminum. The final barrel shape and MM6 went to Jacks, but both IEMs have an equal chance here.
In terms of comfort and isolation, I think the E4000 wins because it blocks more noise than the fall. Accessories are available on both levels.

Resolved detail is slightly better in the fall thanks to a better upper table extension. In addition, the E4000's macro dynamic effect performance is better. Mids are also more impressive on modern IEMs.
One of the advantages of the BQEYZ Autumn is the filter system, which is not present in the E4000. So if you want your voice on the fly, fall is better. The E4000 power supply is also more difficult as it requires better amplification.
FINAL NOTEDBQEYZ adjusted the fall well. They didn't just try to copy and paste an existing target curve, they went for their own flavor of sound that is rarely seen today. I wish Fall was a little better on the technical side, especially in the visual department. Previous BQEYZ offerings were better in this regard, so this is a step back.
Other than that, the Autumn Individuals are a solid pair of dynamic IEMs, and at retail price they're worth a closer look.
