(wow) Words Of Wonders Level 2285 Answers – Our goal with this route is to create an adventurous yet accessible cycling route.

By access, we mean the test is completed in 2 or 3 days… so on a weekend! Next, we made sure to include several options for accommodation and restaurants. So if camping excites you, you should camp! But if you want to take a shower, go to the hotel and eat in the restaurant, that is also possible!

The start of the route is at the Petite Train du Nord in Val Morin. Remember this cute “Tacos, Beers, Sorbets” sign is waiting for you at Le Mapachi restaurant when you return.

Distance path! Our shoes fell out of the first bag (but not the last)! It's a bit rough, but it's a good opportunity to pack your bags for the rest of the trip.

We stopped for dinner at La Boit à Tartes in St Donat. On Mondays, this is the only place open! But we were not disappointed. We ate sandwiches and let the owner taste his homemade caramel! We took the opportunity to take a small palm field for the road.

In Mont Tremblant National Park, it is completely peaceful. It was cold, so we didn't swim, but if it's warm, there's no shortage of lake options! We stopped at the water's edge to eat dates.

The final challenge of the day is the Chemin du Boulay at the exit of the National Park… but is it really that hard when there are views like this? One thing is certain, there are no cats (or people) on this road.

Nothing like a roast chicken to get you back on the mountain after a good bike ride! After 143 km and about 6 hours of cycling, at Petit Caribou in the village of Mont Tremblant.

Chemin des Iroquois (see the tour version of the route). Not sure what we were doing but it was worth it! If you go there, secure your flip-flops with bobby pins!

If you choose not to get the Adventure version… no pressure! The Chemin de la Rouge is not as flat and smooth. not sure? Look at the next picture and try to tell me it's not cute.

They are all located there and I have plenty of room to buy groceries on the go!!

Eating In A Restaurant

Roval Terra CLX Wheels + Special S-Works Pathfinder Tires 42. No rolling resistance, but good volume. Connecting the tube with special seals. Run at 30PSI for riding. They are perfect for the road.

Sram Red AXS 2x groupset (50-37 QUARQ chains + 10-33 cassette). This is my training setup, so we used it for the trip. It's perfect!

2022 52cm S-Works Crux. Custom custom painted for Magali (there are only two of these in the world, lucky to ride the second one!)

Roval Terra CLX wheels + special Tracer 38 tires. Went for more traction as the weather called for rain, good size. Connecting the tube with special seals. Ride at 35PSI. They are perfect for the road.

Sram Red AXS 2x groupset (50-37 QUARQ chains + 10-33 cassette). I want to use the same setup as Mags, so if something happens to her bike we can swap quickly!

2022 Medium S-Works Creo Custom Flatbed E-Gravel Bike. David built this bike for my mom, he swapped out the normal road bars and derailleurs for a unique MTB bar and SRAM Eagle AXS MTB shifter / brake setup! It worked perfectly for a photographer who can carry over 50 pounds of gear and still have no issues!

Roval Terra CLX Wheels + Specialized S Works Pathfinder 42. Tubeless setup with specialized seals. Ride at 35PSI. They are perfect for the road.

The rear bag bracket/support is an inexpensive $20 bracket from our local bike shop. There we used most of the toe straps on the gear list :P.

Battery booster on the bike. We hardly need it. We cycled more than 150 km on the 1st day with one charge. We connected it during lunch (+-30 minutes) and it worked great! We used the extender on day 2 because we didn't plug it in at lunch!

The holidays are coming! As a cyclocross competitor, we don't celebrate Christmas because we always race in Europe during the holidays, but that doesn't mean I don't like to think about the holidays. The day I retire from professional cx racing the world will not be ready for Christmas!!

But for now, here is my gift guide for 2021. I have selected some of my favorite products this year. Some of these products are sponsored by me and some are not at all. Honestly, these are just products that I've been particularly enjoying this year, so I thought I'd share.

Wore my new favorite coat for winter training. It's warm and breathable, and the long neck lets you stay warm without the hassle of extra neck heat. It even has a hole for your tail!

Riding The School Bus

Well, I've never used them to change anything. But – before or after the race, which is amazing. Super comfortable. My favorite part? There is a side pocket to keep money, phone etc.

I use these pants all the time for plane travel because you feel like you're wearing pajamas but look like you're going to work and the passport pocket is perfect!

Let's be honest here: wearing boots is painful…but it's even worse when your feet are frozen. Those particular sneakers changed the game for me. Before you put your shoes on, slip them on and then you can slip them on over your shoes… without breaking a sweat or breaking them. Also work with MTB shoes.

This jacket is my go-to jacket. For me, it's a jacket for MTB rides, lifestyle when there's little wind, or an outer layer during workouts. It's really small and even comes with a strap to attach to your bag if you're carrying it while mountain biking.

Short and simple and my favorite MTB shorts. The fabric is light and stretchy, so it's very comfortable to ride!

They are warm but at the same time thin enough that you can feel your grips well and control the bike.

I really enjoy this pack when I'm cycling and don't wear a shirt with pockets. You can't really feel it, and it's a great way to store an extra jacket, snack, or camera. There is a version with a hydration bladder.

My favorite cycling computer is when I'm training, riding or traveling to a new city. Navigation is excellent and the interface is as easy to use as a smartphone (but at the same time deep and complex).

Binker & Moses: Feeding The Machine

Now through November 30th, Hammerhead will recycle your old bike computer and give you a $170 Karoo 2. Don't miss it.

And: Use code MAGHS-HRM to get a free heart rate monitor with any Karoo 2 purchase. It can be combined with a commercial program. Code is good until December 31st.

If you are looking for a gift for someone who wants to improve their performance or health, WHOOP is a great gift.

It tracks your sleep data, records your daily behavior and daily training, so over time it makes recommendations about what clothes are best for you and how you can improve your overall health.

Contest #801 Summary

These make great gifts for anyone who owns a home! Also, you can feel good about giving a gift that comes from a local that is sustainable and treats its employees incredibly well!

Some favorites: dish soap (unscented means it never leaves a soapy aftertaste), bar shampoo (really good and eco-friendly), cleaning cloths, dryer sheets (an eco-friendly way to get rid of static) , laundry bag (perfect for travel).

A collaboration between the dompiras of the unscented and local potters. I'm a huge fan of both, so this was a no-brainer for me.

The inside is 100% waterproof (it's in a canvas like material) so when you get muddy you can literally step in and remove it completely.

The Best Books I Read This Year (2022)

David and I use it and it's great for running with Mia. It was great to be able to run and have our hands free!

The premise of this book is that women are not little men. Our physiology is different, so our needs as athletes are different than men. Learn all about your physiology, from training and eating to your menstrual cycle
