There, when the chapter title is highlighted, click “Link” on the ribbon. On the left you want “Link:” “Location in this file”. This will load your tags. Select ‘Ref_TOC’ and click OK. This will make your head blue and this is called “hyperlinky”. Control-click and click Connect. This will return you to the table of contents. When you use the link, it turns purple. That’s great! The screen looks like this:
Back on the Table of Contents, highlight “Prologue” and click “Insert Hyperlink” on the ribbon. On the left, select “Link:” and “Paste in this file”. Select “BR_prologue”. and click OK. This makes it blue. Control-click the link.

Do this for the entire table of contents, and remember to always link your chapters with “ref_TOC” and test each link. Just remember four pictures:
