This is the fabric I used to sew the chair. The yellow is for the chair itself (yellow is one of my 3 colors) and the sunflower is just the perfect addition to my theme!
Mine was a hit at our party, and I’m sure yours will be too! I also made mine with sunflowers to match my other themes, but this could go well with most themes!

Most of my balloons are Qualatex. They estimate that 11-inch latex balloons last about 12-20 hours when filled with helium, depending on weather conditions. I usually recommend to my clients to blow up their balloons as close to the start of the event time as possible or at least 2-3 hours in advance to get the most out of their balloons.
I personally inspect every balloon I receive from the manufacturer before shipping. I only use the best balloons that are professionally made right here in the USA. Not everything can be spotted until the balloon blows up, but I put an extra balloon in each kit as a backup just in case something happens. Multilayer balloons are actually two balloons in one. This double filling system, developed by Qualatex, allows you to create an unlimited number of custom and unique colors. Multilayer balloons will be pre-loaded and ready to inflate. Simply inflate the balloons using the inner balloon nozzle (the balloon layer will deflate as the inner layer inflates). To keep the air or helium in the balloon, only the inner tail should be tied. Tie a ribbon around both ends and you’re done! If you want the balloons to float, it is recommended to use professional helium and inflate it to size 11 for the best results, although this cannot be guaranteed due to conditions others may like the weather and do bad things.

Latex balloons are different when they are blown up and when they are melted (eg purple, dark green or blue looks black, etc.). The balloons are inflated in a flat manner as their color fills up until they are filled with air or helium and the latex is stretched.
