To test for non-stickiness, we cooked eggs on a griddle with cheese without cooking spray. To my surprise, the eggs and cheese came out of the oven without straining. I love this pan set and recommend it to everyone
How Good Are Granite Stone Pans
[This review was compiled as part of an advertisement.] I’ve been struggling to find a good pan for a while now because my trusty pans are “overused” and I’m on my way. Granite countertops are what they are! The first day I got it, I tried it with burgers and mushrooms. I cooked mushrooms in one pan and cheeseburgers in another. The pans never overheat and heat evenly throughout the cooking process. Cleaning is always a chore, but these pans were an easy wash in the dishwasher and the pan – clean! Much easier than expected. I can’t wait to complement these two pans with other products from the GraniteStone Diamond Pro line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pan! It’s a bit unstable. If you decide not to use butter or oil, it is better to cook with a preheated pan so that it does not stick. If you use butter or oil, there is no need to heat the pan. This pan is not made for use with oil spray, just butter or oil. It is not designed for high heat use, so I recommend not using this pan on medium heat. Can be washed in the dishwasher. Safe up to 500°F. The handle stays cool during use. It says this metal pan is safe, but I recommend avoiding metal pans if possible so your pans last longer. The option seems to be of very good quality so far. The pan isn’t thin, it’s a decent thickness of hard anodized aluminum so it holds up better. There is no pfoa. Overall I think this is a great product and I highly recommend these pans!
Return these pans to return. I tried using the recipe without butter or oil and the egg stuck to the surface perfectly.
The lids are closed around the edge. You cannot remove the water from them. I hate that stoneware pots and pans are big…but I hate using lids.

These pans have been there for several months. Use at least one of them every day. I didn’t put them in the dishwasher and they are the best pans! I don’t eat eggs, but the rest are cooked without oil and completely non-sticky! It is very different from Teflon, there are no lids. I have used metal containers, even cooking pork in the oven. They look modern 🙂
