Step 8. Cut all 4 thicknesses of fabric along the curved line. When you open the fabric after cutting it out, it should be a nice big square. Just finish the circle using your preferred technique and you’re done!

The best way to cut a circle when working with large fabrics is to fold the square in half, then in half again in the opposite direction… and then I measured the center of the square.
