How To Make A Round Table Topper – I love you for the holidays. Whatever… I love explosive festivals! You can easily find materials of all kinds for mantels, windows, doors and boards. However, I have always struggled with finding a holiday table runner for my round table that suits me.
Many are too tall for a 48 inch wide table to pull them over the chairs. It is often beautiful throughout, but the effect is lost as the cursor spills over the edges of my table. Then I added each part of the center, wrapping the center theme in the cursor, leaving a cut shape between the center and the edges of the board.
How To Make A Round Table Topper
My solution? A crisscrossed table cover! Unlike traditional table runners, I placed this table cover with a center block that is not a focal point. But to any company. Add a bouquet of flowers, a bowl of apples or something similar.

The design is versatile enough that if you are not a “center” person, you can simply make a block and place it in the center. I chose a workshop with mint greens and reds in light of the holiday Christmas palette, but this design accommodates many holiday color combinations. The big square in the square block in the middle, and the smaller ones in the stars, are great for showing the equipment designed with a novelty print for the playtime. Imagine a cute pumpkin or snowflake, clover or flag of respect inside those stars!
This project is especially quick to put together because it uses cutting and washing techniques that keep fabric waste to a minimum. I use a diagonal marker to speed up the process. This allowed me to mark two lines on the diameter of my square, so that I could get two double triangles from each square. This improves accuracy because you don’t have to cut the bisected triangles at the edges to join the star.
Pro tip: When the lines on the fabric are uneven, put them on a clean sandpaper with a fine grid. The sand will hold the fabric as you draw the pencil along the edge of the marker so it doesn’t wrinkle and change. And if you need to mark a line across the other side of the ocean you can just sand it over so you don’t have to be a professional.

Since this arrangement was strange in appearance, when it was time to leave it, I took to batting and went back upstairs. I use electronic guide locks on the Milli to guide the machine over the raw edges and adjust the position I need it.

I’m looking for someone who likes to create a crisp, clear line in the trenches. Before I go into the blocks, I outline each thread with a straight stitch. I like a straight long ruler about 3 inches wide for this craft. This allows my ring finger, or pinky, to rest on the edge of the ruler – this acts as a ‘rest’ to hold the ruler in place as I sew along. Then I will not be forced; But he is only a leader. (Make sure the base is expanded on the device you are using when choosing the base that matches your device).
I used Free Patterns with the Quilt method computer program to sew the patterns into the blocks. The software allows you to use closed corners to accurately shape each position and extend the shape to the closed edges. However, I want to swim in the negative space of thoughts. The quick setting button allows you to reduce the size of the project 1/8-inch at a time while maintaining the correct position.
This table top has inside corners, which are a little trickier to handle than outside corners. I have included instructions in the free pattern to help them. Take a 12.5 inch piece of fabric and fold it in half. Do this again in reverse, and again in both diameters. See below.
Fold your triangle in half, and add one finger to the long side. This will help you to align your features correctly. I’ve given it a purple icon to show you below, but it will be clear with your finger and you don’t need to mark your device.
Place your cross pieces on your blocks that match your finger cuts. I want to put three clips, one in the middle and one on each side. Be careful not to stretch these triangles, they will be cut in advance.
