How To Make A Lift Table – Recently, While working with my bench rehearsal; I thought about how to flatten the long pieces and finally came up with a rough blueprint for this neat little gem.

At this time, Insert the remaining 10mm pin (the 6mm hole in the center) through the cradle (“F”) attached to the 10mm hole (“F”) on the outside of the base. Be sure to insert another 10mm washer between adjacent pieces of wood.

The inner pin will only have a 6mm hole. Insert 1 remaining 6mm stud (“R”) through it and tighten the newly inserted stud with a 6mm nut and washer.
Once installed, The lift can be driven by a cordless drill (like the 12V Bosch one I used) or an electric motor with a few modifications.
You can also choose to add a ruler to the lift to keep track of the height adjustment value.

I had the idea of making a scissor table, although it’s not new to me, but I wanted to make it myself instead of buying it. So I started with the base and some legs.
So far so good and it really works so I decided to see how it works for weight gain. It will grow and be sustainable. Watch the video below to see how it works.
It looks good now. My thickness will not be able to support the weight. So I came up with the idea to grab the table and add some instructions on the side so it would be easy to slide out:

I added a slot to the mount at this stage because the threaded rod I used before couldn’t handle too much pressure. I know I can buy a thread larger than 20mm, But construction is cheap; Buying things is good. But it’s better to build your own solution.

I didn’t want to waste any space on the bottom, so I lowered the four legs as low as possible to the floor, giving the table an extra 3 inches of height. For convenient work.
