Whether you’re hoping to distract squirrels from a bird feeder or have a soft spot for smaller critters (or both), a squirrel feeder is a great way to get close to nature and get to know your garden’s critters. Plus, it’s a great project for your kids and they’ll have some fun and learn while they make it!
The first step is to cut the wood to length using a hand saw and miter box. Measure each length separately and then mark the marks through the holes in the meter box. Secure the wood in place and cut with a handsaw. For right angles, the 22.5° meter is one of the diagonal holes on the box.
