How To Make A Cement Table
One important thing to note when working with reducer joints like the one on this coffee table… to make a strong reducer joint, you want the “grain size” in the end. For this, it is enough to dilute wood glue with water in a ratio of 50:50 and apply the mixture to the grain of the wood. Once the grain edges are dry to the touch, you can apply full strength glue and sand the edges together.
