Diy Projects Using Sleek Hairpin Legs — Ornamental Decorative Millwork
The base of the board top is made from 3/4″ plywood. You can use any plywood for this part as it is completely covered by the liner. Cut the board to the desired size.
Now it’s time to attach the plywood panels to the top. These are 1-4 panels that are 15 inches. After making the sections, apply each panel to the plywood wood glue and 1.25 inch nails.
And you shall cut off the measuring borders. These are 1×3 panels. Each corner is cut at an angle of 45˚. Attach each longer side of the crown with wood glue and 1.25 inch nails through the rafters and boards and plywood. Make sure the top of the trim is flush with the top of the panels.

Now apply the smaller terms. These 1×3 boards are also cut to size. Use wood glue and 1.25 inch nails to trim and attach to boards and plywood.
