Go through it and tighten all the fasteners that hold the rug. Be sure to pull the rug nap from under the zipper inwards so that it is laying inside the nap. I just used a coat hanger, took a nap, and then tightened my tie. Once everything is taut, cut off the excess from the end of each zipper.

Now all you have to do is put in all your balls and you will load 16 balls and run. If you like, you can use a cleaning and polishing solution on the balls and they will clean faster, but if you don’t, you can just turn it on and go.
