I have an external 200 amp meter/panel combo (Eaton MBX816B200BTS). Now 100A goes to the house. I want to add an additional 100A circuit in the meter panel to supply electricity to a separate building. How to connect neutral and grounding?

The home feeder will have transfer shoes on the distribution side. I plan to set the generator switch to the first distribution position. It covers all the important circuits in the house.
