PVC is reinforced with regular PVC glue available at Home Depot, Lowe’s, or your local hardware store.
Remember to wear gloves when working with PVC cement. There is a well ventilated area upon completion of this project. And if you’re using a surface that you don’t want to dust off with a drop of PVC glue, I suggest you cover it up with some kind of glue. from disposable materials (as you can see in my photo I put a piece of paper over my desk)

The shaft (for attaching the wheel) is a 3/8″ diameter metal shaft, so I’ll refer to it as 3/8″ in this guide, but you can have it any size you want.
