Today, on behalf of Outsmarting Technologies, I am pleased to recommend to anyone interested in the art of creating the perfect beer pong table. Built in about seven days, from concept to drawing to finished product, the formidable Beer Table Tennis Table, as I've named it, includes a number of features not normally found in table builds playing with standard beer. What use are these features, though, if they don't have a frame and sturdy construction that can withstand the dreaded “ping-pong target” at the end of the Big Brother game in 1974.
The best part is that I showed and documented how to make all these amazing features. Many websites display beer pong boards without any solid illustrations or documentation on how to build them. I've tried to include as many photos and instructions as possible so anyone can create this board or any variation. Feel free to add or remove any features; I have tried to include as many features as possible to demonstrate capability

Here, we will create a beer table frame, which will be the central element of the entire table and provide a solid base.

1) Start by cutting the planks to the required length. Use the clipping table included with this page as a reference. It's best to cut everything in one go and then record everything as the cuts are made.
2) Assemble half of the horizontal supports on the ground. Use screws to tie everything together first.
3) Insert the 4×4 bars into the respective slots and drill at 1/2″ speed.

4) With the help of a partner (or you can cut custom clamps/racks) install the secondary horizontal wooden supports. Make sure they are flat and the 4×4 is perpendicular to the ground. Be sure to measure regularly to make sure everything fits.
6) Finish by applying a few coats of exterior paint (assuming it will be covered with beer/water/whatever). Make sure all areas are covered with several coats of paint.
This is critical to the success of the table, so make sure you assemble and paint the frame carefully.

In this stage we will make the countertop. You have a lot of flexibility at this point and I'll document how I made it, but again, feel free to design it however you want (put your own lettering/logo in the middle).
1) Using your favorite CAD program, design the layout of the board based on the CNC machine/custom cutting capabilities as well as the size of your workpiece. Note: I assume few people have access to a major store router, in which case you can cut the basic shape by hand-loading paper and sand. Use your creativity to create a design that you can create)
2) Save your file as a DXF and import it into your CAM (PartsWorks) program of choice.

4) Remove the piece and vacuum. Use a handheld router to square the edges (I did both the top and the roll then the bottom).
5) Paint both sides with exterior deck paint. Choose the shade you like. We will also apply a polyurethane coating after the lights are installed.
In this step, we will attach the gutters to the side of the frame, as well as the feed and return lines and connections.
