Build the central platform. You can use 2-3/4″ screws (paint grade) or stain grade – 2″ bars, glue or pocket holes. set it aside.
Start by holding the four legs of the outer frame. For 1-1/2″ material and 2-1/2″ pocket hole screws, 2-3/4″ self-tapping screws or pocket hole screws can be used.
Attach the corner pieces first with 2-3/4″ wood screws and then to the 2×4 @ 16-1/2″. It is installed inside the leg frame. Add calves.
How I Made A Large Round Wood Top For My Kitchen Table
Once all four legs are ready, attach them to the center base with 2-3/4″ screws. Everything sits flush with the top.
Cut out the table top and mark the center. Align and secure with 3/4″ and 1-1/4″ hole screws. Remember to cut the table top to avoid placing screws that can be cut out with a saw in the next step. So, my neighbor has an old table and he really likes the legs, but he wants to make a round table top. A restaurant for him. Moreover, the present night is almost spoiled. I had never made a dome before so I decided to give it a try. So I’ll try it here. I hope you find this useful/interesting!
I want to note that circles can be cut with a circular saw, but I have never given my saw such an important task. The blade is always wandering and never seems to get better. However, if you’re scared of your router, plan to spend some time and do some polishing when you’re done.

Step 1: Cut a board slightly wider than the router and 40 inches long. (I used scrap plywood)
Step 2: Attach the base of the referee guide to one end of the wing. I attached it with 1″ wood screws using the existing holes.
Step 3: Drill a hole at least 1 inch where the cutter will be. Then put the router in place.

Step 6: Tighten the screws, turn the board over and screw on the other side.
Step 3: Bend all joints on the table in this direction. Be sure to add stringers (I used 2×2) in the directions shown to support the top. Cut lengthwise, tapering the ends. Don’t throw away the 2×4’s, they are just to raise the table top to the correct height and we didn’t do that.

How To Build A Round Table
As promised, here are the DIY plans so you can make this farmhouse style table. These plans can be used to make indoor tables.
I love that we have a place to eat outside, play games, and have lots of fun as a family. This table is very important to me because it was created by Simon himself. I hope one day Simon can teach Oliver and even the girls to make their own furniture!
Note. These instructions are very general. We’ve supplemented these instructions with lots of detailed photos to show you in more detail how all the parts fit together. We recommend that you determine the small details, shape and size yourself.

Step 1: Cut a piece of 2x6x10 wood to match the floor plan of the countertop.
Step 2: Place the tabletop pieces on a flat surface, mark the center line of each piece and line them up. The tabletop is facing down, make sure the cleaner is pointing down.
Step 3: Take 2 x 6 5′ cross boards and space them 9.25 inches from the center line on each side (see plan). Leave 1/8″ of space between each table top.

Step 4: Using 2.5-inch wood screws, screw the two 2×6 cross boards to the table top. Use at least two screws per table top.
Step 5: Do the same for the two outer 2×4 boards. Place them two feet from the center line.
Step 7: Place a small nail or screw in the center of the table and mark a circle around the perimeter with wire. NOTE. Make your desk as large as possible, up to 5’1″.

Step 2: Place the first set of legs on a flat surface and attach them to the center vertical 4×4 with 3 1/2″ screws. Attach the first table base section to the 4×4 table legs with 2 1/2″ screws. (The photo below shows the first leg before we decided to shorten the center vertical section to 5 inches.)
Step 3: Add the second set of legs and base. Once all 4 legs are screwed into the wood, drill a 5-inch screw into each leg and attach it to the center of the 4×4. (These can be seen below Blackshore)
Step 4: Attach the 6″ table legs with 2 1/2″ screws. Slide these screws from the bottom up so that they are not visible.

Step 5: Place the leg on the table and check that the four legs are level. If not, use sandpaper or a stick to trim the top of the legs.
