1. To start this project, we first bought Pure Bond birch wood. Since the plywood is 4 feet by 8 feet, we split it in half and got two pieces of plywood which gave us a 2 by 8 foot beer pong.
2. Once the table is cut and ready, sand the rough or chipped edges of the table and edges, going across the edges of the wood.

3. Now that your wood is smooth, completely paint both the edges and the tabletop with Ultra Cover General Purpose Semi-Gloss White Paint. When painting the table, make sure that no debris such as grass or hair falls on it and dries on your paint.
4. After the paint job has dried all over the wood, drill two 2.13-foot-long edges into each short end of the table. While drilling, drill the side of the edge until the screw is firmly inside the plywood. Before drilling the edge, place it where the bottom of the edge is flush with the bottom of the table. When drilling the edges on both sides, make sure they stick out 0.65 inches on each side so that when you attach the 8-foot edges to the table, they line up with the 2.13-foot edges.
5. Now that your edges are attached to both ends of the board, it’s time to add your edges to the edges of your board. To secure each edge to the edge, place each edge directly between the end edges of the board. Once your edges are placed between the already secured ones, punch the new edges out of the two ends, which are now directly opposite them.

6. Now that the edges are somehow secured, drill the outside of the side edges next to the plywood with 1 screw per 2.6 feet to secure them completely.
7. Now the table is assembled, now it’s time to attach the legs. On the underside of your table, the leg joints should be drilled 8 inches apart and each leg should be flush with the side of your table, both folded and unfolded. Both legs should be a foot and 7 inches from each end so that the legs do not bump into each other when bent.
8. Now that your table is fully assembled, it’s time to start decorating. First you’ll want to draw the Natural Light and Bud Light Platinum logos with Sharpies. After you’ve completed your drawings, make sure all of your bottle caps are easily accessible and upside down.

9. You’ll want to mix enough epoxy in a bowl so you can apply it in a thin layer to the wood with your polyester brush. Once the layer is applied, place each canvas 1 foot from each end of the table to the center of the table. When placing the canvases, make sure that there is equal space between the side edges and the edges of the canvas.
10. Once you have the canvases in place, start placing the bottle caps all over the table around the canvases. When the covers completely cover the table, take two layers of covers in the middle and spray them black. The black line will serve as the half court line. Begin attaching a black hat line from the 7th cap in the middle of the half court line to the 7th cap on the other side of the half court line. When you do this on both sides, you should have a circle in the middle of the half track of 12 black caps, just like with any bridge. Remove all caps from the circle except the black caps that go through the middle. This will reveal the white paint and reveal the half yard line.
11. The thin layer of epoxy should dry in 12 hours. This thin layer of epoxy will adhere all covers and canvases to the wood, so none will float when 2 gallons of epoxy is applied.

12. After the layer is dry and everything is attached to the board, you can cover the logos on the canvases with plexiglass. We made our light bath canvas 13″ x 7″ and our daylight canvas 13.5″ x 14.5″, with the plexiglass cutter we cut a sheet of plexiglass according to our daylight canvas and a sheet of plexiglass according to our lightweight bathroom canvas.
13. After cutting the plexiglass sheets to the correct size, you need to take your polyester brush, apply a thin layer of epoxy to the edges of the plexiglass sheets and place them on the canvas so that the thin sheet touches the canvas. This is done so that after it dries, the plexiglass adheres to the canvas and creates a barrier from 2 liters of epoxy.
