3. Use two 11 1/2-inch boards to make the top and bottom of one leg. Place 13 1/4-inch boards between these two to make 2 boxes. Fasten the 4 pieces together using the outer pieces (I like the GRX because it clicks and counts, so no pre-tensioning is needed and it won’t come out when people are sitting).
4. Insert two more 13 1/4-inch boards into the center of the box leg structure made in step 3, aligning them. a coin. I used another piece of 2×4 as a temporary spacer and sandwiched it between each board.
6. Glue the two boards together, keeping each board warm with the ends of both legs. It is
