Thank You God For Another Day Images – Hello everybody! I’m about to go to a dentist appointment, but I wanted to take a few quick minutes to write something. I want to write about the importance of being grateful every day and every moment of our lives. Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and of course this is a day that emphasizes the importance of giving thanks even more. As Christians, the Bible teaches us that we should always be thankful. Be thankful for the good times and even thankful for the bad times. Because at the end of the day, everything works together for our good.
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. — Romans 8:28
Thank You God For Another Day Images
So I started this post a few days ago and have not had a chance to finish it. Tuesday was a busy day which resulted in a four hour drive back with my son. Next is the health concern of a family member. Wednesday came and went and I actually fell asleep at 11:00 pm which was early for me. I was knocked out but here I am, Thursday morning finishing this book. The situation since Tuesday depressed me, but it made me rethink what I wanted to write in the first place.

It is easy to thank God when things are going well for you. Being happy in times of peace and joy is important. I believe that God wants us to enjoy these moments because He gave them to us. When I wrote a letter for the first time, I felt very good. Then Tuesday came and I didn’t feel much. But it helped me remember that God doesn’t just want us to be thankful in the good times. God also wants us to be thankful in bad and frustrated times.
I always look back to Job as a reference point when I’m going through a tough time. My struggle is not compared to his, but his story gives us an example. Job lost everything. He lost his farm, his animals, his workers and his children. Imagine waking up in this story. I think we will all be disappointed and hopeless. But the Bible tells us that the first thing Job did was to bless God.
Job arose, and tore his clothes, and cut his head, and bowed down, and said, “It is good for me to come out of my mother’s womb, and I will return there naked.” , and the Lord gave the Lord took it; Blessed be the name of Jehovah. In all this, Job did not sin, and he did not accuse God of being a fool. — Job 1-20-22
Grateful For Another Day!
Job did not complain or curse God. The first thing he did was to bless Jehovah’s name. He knew that just as God had given him all the blessings he had received until then, God would also take them away. But it’s not about the blessings, it’s about the people who gave those blessings.
Think about how you want others to like you. Would you like someone to appreciate you only for what you gave them, or would you like to be loved only for who you are? I think we would all choose the latter. I am going to. I believe that God wants this too. God is a generous God and He is more than willing to help His children. But it also pleases him when we thank him and show him that we love him just for who he is.
Every day is a good time to give thanks. When we wake up, we can thank God for remembering us and giving us another day of life. When we are ready to call it a day, we can thank Him for that day’s provision. When we find a reason to be thankful, we find less reason to complain. God calls us to have an attitude of gratitude. We can learn from Job. Job lost everything, but in the midst of the problem, he continued to believe God and give Him glory.
