Miles away, in many states, from morning till evening, my daughter went through a difficult time. But no matter how close or far, the coronavirus has prevented family reunions. The phone connected us, the cry of a pregnant mother pierced my heart.
My husband and I felt helpless. I experienced fatigue. But I know that my fatigue is not more than what my daughter has suffered. Then I prayed. My family and friends prayed. Despite many prayers, our pleas seem to have fallen on deaf ears. God, where are you?
Finally the phone rang. My father-in-law gave the good news. She did. They had a son. We have a brother. My son and daughter-in-law have a baby. Their two children have a first cousin. I let go of all my fears. Thank you sir.

After many days, my mother-in-law called her to share some time of God with me. On the day she was about to give birth, our mother-in-law felt the need to go into her room, kneel down and pray. She quickly sent two prayer warriors to her friends, asking them to pray as well. Together, though miles apart, they prayed to our heavenly Father for the comfort of mother and daughter.
Once the birth happens and we all understand the time involved in the birth of our grandchild, we will realize the great power of God working in our lives. When I started to cry and stopped, my mother-in-law fell on her knees and obeyed. At the same time, miles away, in the hospital, an unborn child met with grief, his mother completely gone. Doctors and nurses decide whether to have surgery or remove it elsewhere.
God hears and hears our heartfelt prayers. A small body of Christ obeyed the call to prayer. The faithful God answered. And a new mother embraces a new life. Thank you Jesus.

This is the first attribute of God that I read after we returned home without giving birth and it is very refreshing to me. God hears me.
God Loves Us And Hears Our Prayers
My cries for him are not in vain, my pain does not end, my prayers for grace, strength and deliverance are heard. This is a wonderful way for us to start studying God, he loves us as his children and bowed down to listen. He doesn’t just listen, but he responds. He is our help in trouble, he is our deliverance in sorrow, he is our strength in pain.
Evaluate your walk with the Lord. Do you cry to him or do you go to others first? Is that the one you turn to in your grief? Pray through these scriptures and ask the Lord to reveal new things about Him to your heart.

Prayer is the greatest gift of man to stand before the Almighty Creator and let the Father know his heart. The pleading of God’s eternal promises shows the mercy of God to allow a person to stand before Him and make his complaint. Prayer is not what you need, but asking for what God has already done with His grace. Many do not have the strength to pray because they think that praying to God is a sales machine and after investing our money we will get everything we want. Instead of asking for God’s favor, we ask Him to give us what we believe is ours. The apostle John explained the nature of prayer according to the will of the Father and not according to the desire of the heart of the person praying. There is trust in the prayer that the Father promised. It needs preparation beforehand in order to get the blessing of the petitions that are sought, one must know the will of God, knowledge and prayer go hand in hand and depend on each other. If the prayer is asking for the promises of God, it is necessary to first know the promises of God in order to make the request for the prayer. Asking according to the will of the Father will be more suitable for the answer to prayer than asking for what God has never promised. The special nature of prayer is that the supplication of God is a promise that is expected to be made through the words of the supplicant. Seeking God’s will means believing that whatever we ask in His name, He will hear us. This is a great blessing to consider that God will take the time and energy to hear my prayer. Of the six billion people on earth, Father has all the time in the world to hear every word of my prayer and listen to me as long as I need to tell God my wishes. Knowing his will feeds my prayer so that I have the desire to leave his grace in my life to grow in the knowledge of his Son. He gives us his favor and answers our prayers. The Father knows everything we need before we ask, but He wants us to seek Him and tell Him about our lives. Prayer is a way of faith that is measured by the time we desire to talk to him, we know he hears us and we know he will guide us. Talking to God is as natural as breathing. There is much to be said for him. This comes from knowing his word as we ponder the depths of the Bible. Prayer fails when speech fails. The greater the knowledge of God, the more our prayers. Spiritual growth manifests itself in the way we pray by continuing to know his word.
Knowing God’s will does not mean having a collection of information to send God requests in a physical or mechanical way. Taking the time to study the Bible shows examples of how God answers prayer, why he doesn’t always answer prayer properly, and what we can expect from prayer. Since the dawn of time, God’s people have been praying to him. Every story in the Bible is based on a person’s relationship with God. Many times men try to deceive God by asking for His favor when they refuse to follow His will. The bottom line is that seeking anything from God must come from His word.
