To try to understand the sum of the parts, after reading, I created the diagram below which, as a whole, represents the global and interconnected horrors that have infiltrated and occupied parts of 20th century society, while on the surface of the story it shows the connections between characters, locations and themes, the Mexican City of Santa Teresa takes a central place where sometimes all these characters are drawn.

They also become more or less interrelated, and although presumably above the delusional activities of the intellectuals and the less educated, we find that they are no better and perhaps worse than others.

As mentioned above, the reader begins to tire of pages and pages of repetition, another young woman raped in a certain way, strangled, with long hair, abandoned on the highway or in the mud, no police investigation, this lack. Interests, as if being a woman guaranteed such a destiny. The reader becomes bored with this endless and embarrassing situation, as do the police. I haven’t read Travels with my Auntie but I’ve seen a great play with Jim Dale Henry Pooling and Augusta Bertram and Brian Murray Stockie and Gray Henry Pooling Richard Pooling the pastor Keene Tooley Italian girls Frau General Schmit O’Toole and Yolanda, all without a change of clothes. Martin Renner and Tom Beckett did the same, but I remember Murray better. It was great fun – I doubt the book could live up to the experience.
