I must say that I am very happy at this point. After midnight on Friday we left the computer unlocked and sent a few messages. We left him a message by calling on Monday and I couldn't believe we got a call from Brian Wilson at the store today. He was very kind and provided the information and unlocked the software for us to continue adding to our store inventory. We have already used our demo space. To our surprise, all the information entered in the demo was saved and we were able to pick up where we left off.
So I have to say Brian Wilson was a lifesaver and we got a lot of work done today that will have to wait until Monday.
You are better than me! I called every “big” and “small” company I had heard of that sold shipping software. Only Brian sent me a demo right away. My accountant and my husband (not the same person) told me to try another program before buying something expensive. So I called all the other people again! I finally got the Consign EZ diskette, but no one has come yet. I go, I don't care if others like me or not. I don't care if it's cheap or not. I look for someone to respond when I have a problem and need help, and so far Brian has outdone everyone!

Gypsy Trader now uses and likes it. I bought Gypsy Trader last summer so I'm new to the whole business. He used a manual system. The first thing I installed was It works great! I can't imagine not using it. We used a dual system for about 90 days before 95+% of existing inventory was lost and all new inventory was coming in. Instant access to everything related to sales, inventory and shipping.

We are very happy with the support we get from Brian, we need him often. Brian is always good at updating the program when you want a new feature. I knew about the computerization of our system 3 years ago (we didn't know for the first 6 months) because our friend had nightmares when computerizing the store he bought (I don't know how many times he bought the program and the new owner paid him extra money to “update” it. Many times he had to find out and how much He was in great trouble in the system and did not receive support.

Hello, I have two stores. For #1 I use Liberty (ResaleWorld) and New Store. I like the features of both; However, when it comes to DIY, it's the service and feedback that really counts.
I've been using Liberty since 1993 or 1994 and have yet to receive help from their technical staff even though they charge an arm and a leg.

I just opened my shop 2 weeks ago and have been using it – I love it!! I did a lot of demos before I decided to go with them. Simple and easy to use but does what I need.
However, one of the main reasons is the flexibility of printing the tags. I use an inkjet printer, but you can use any printer with this program. With other software, I am very limited.
