1. Yoga is not only for young people: it is also useful for young people. Yoga is a personal activity; so you should only do what you can and not try to compete with the rest of the class for the gold medal in flexibility. If a position turns out to be uncomfortable, there is no need to force yourself into it.

2. Yoga is holistic good: Yoga means the union of mind, body and soul. This is how the ancient practice leaves you with a sense of belonging from within:

3. Yoga can be done anywhere: If you need exercise you can do almost anywhere, yoga is the answer. It can be practiced in the solitude of a bedroom or in a classroom with other students.

Enjoy the benefits of yoga and find new vitality. At Wesley Enhanced Living We encourage our residents to enjoy life to the fullest; let’s start with the benefits of living in one of our many CCRC areas. Network latency is quite difficult to solve on mobile devices. I suspect the phone does more networking than the console, but that’s just me dealing with so many different devices at work.

I’m still tweaking items to find the best EC for Nilou’s team. Since the EM when is still new, there is no stopping point like 220CV, so I just want to try to get the EM of the whole team as high as possible since they all process Bloom at some point.

・DMC uses 4xGilded Dreams (EM/EM/EM) and Moonlight from Xiphos (still lvl 70 so I still have 30 EM to collect)

This is the party after round one with all the enthusiasts. I’m looking forward to Nahida adding another 250 EM to her sweet Bloom damage. :’)

Problems with Candace shatterbloom comp. Diona can’t seem to spread enough Cryo to sustain the aura unless her burst is on and Candance feels she needs a battery

I’m glad I crossed over to Albedo. The final charge is much smoother with the Mono Geo than with the 3 Geo + Flex

I’ve always liked Yoimiya’s design and character, but I *love* using him in the world. I have a few good Abyss teams – and if I want to do Abyss, I reach for Hu Tao, not Yoimiya – but I spend most of my playtime in the world and when I’m in the world, I want (a) characters who do most of their damage with their skills, not burst, because it’s almost never worth using burst in the world and (b) flexibility, the ability to work in a bunch of Teams and situations.

Yoimiya wins in both cases. He deals serious damage, he fits all kinds of groups, he solves pyropuzzles, and his burst is a bonus on the Main Course.

I’m sure I’ll continue to collect as many meta characters as possible by building and refining abyss teams, but my priority in drawing and building characters has definitely shifted to those that make everyday play easier and more relaxed.

I’m probably two years late to the party, but I’ve been enjoying Diluc since I got it.

Short skill cooldown, cheap kit. He has many oombo options to go with his skills and normal attacks. The combat is really interactive and satisfying. Somehow I even got hits in the air. It’s always fun to swing a giant flaming sword.

The only downside seems to be the team’s lack of lineup options, as it seems it needs XQ and Bennett to really shine (and almost everyone shines with those two).

I’ve seen videos of Diluc’s rookie teams, need to watch them more out of curiosity.

And one of his best weapons is a 3* bow. I was surprised that I had to use R5 Rust to beat it.

The same goes for Zhongli and Kazuha. My fourth place is just flexibility for what is most useful in the field puzzle.

But my wish is a 5-star off-field character similar to XiangLing as YeLan is to XingQiu.
