Exercise is great no matter how you feel – of course. I don’t need to tell you. But I find it helpful, especially when I feel so lost and sad because it gets me out of my bad head. Which is sometimes just what you need. I mean, if you’re like me, you know how exhausting it is to be in your head all the time. Exercise your body. It deserves it. Acceptance is the first step to…recovery? Is that a word? However, acceptance is important. This can really be the first step you need to feel like yourself again. I got through it normally until I started feeling worse. But at first I didn’t know why. It was only a matter of some soul searching that I realized the problem was for me and then I proceeded with all the other points in this post. But acceptance comes first.

Look, you can’t go on forever. you need So while it’s helpful to just feel and shut up and take care of yourself, you still need to make some plans on how to find your way back. Think of it as a map of your inner path. This one can be difficult to determine because everyone’s situation is different, but for me where I am, I admit, I am clear with myself where I plan to go and how I plan to get there.
